Extraordinary Lives Start With Courage
What do you need to transform so you can step into your power?
You are a pioneer in your area, and you have achieved professional success. You have created a great lifestyle for yourself. A lifestyle with time for other things than work, like family, a side hustle, or some exciting hobby.
Many of your friends and colleagues call you a high-achiever.
You love analyzing complex problems. You get excited when you can follow future trends. When you can experiment with new technology. And you love to dream up new ways to overcome humanity’s greatest challenges.
It does not take any effort for you to see the world from other people's perspectives. In fact, one of your gifts is to help others find common ground and integrate different perspectives. Often friends or colleagues come to you for support, and guidance.
But you think you have no merit. Something is missing in your life and you feel that is it because you're not good enough. Others in your place, would be achieving way more, have a bigger impact, have more time, be happier!
That is because, it is very easy for you to get off-track and even lost yourself. Despite your incredible capacity to deal with complexity and lead others, you can have a tough time asserting your own needs. You are afraid to confront or disappoint others. So, often, this means that you shy away from stepping into leadership and taking action. Instead, you retreat into the comfort of your dreams.
Does this sound familiar? Then read on!
A year from now you will wish you had started today.
My name is Stephan Dohrn. I love to explore new technology and how it can further human development.
I envision a future of work, where we use technology to live empowered lives based on trust and kindness.
My company, Radical Inclusion, was one of the first to offer support for remote team development when companies still thought that this was just another fad.
Since I co-founded Radical Inclusion, in 2009, I learned that it is not technology, not the tools or systems that drive team success, but the degree to which all team members can feel (psychologically) safe to be themselves and act without pretense.
So, to overcome the challenges of our time and change the way we live and do business, we have to become more and more authentic, more and more ourselves, hiding nothing:
… the gifts we bring for they can change the world; and
… the pain we carry for it is what makes us hide our gifts.
For many years I led, what looked like on the outside to be a very fulfilling life: working remotely for 20-30 hours per week, being able to live wherever I chose to.
Yet, I felt unmotivated, out-of-sync, and stuck!
After the birth of my daughter, in 2012, and a cancer diagnosis shortly thereafter, I finally mustered the courage to confront my wounds and the pain they caused. From there, I was able to find the path to myself and as a result, a happier, more fulfilling life.
In hindsight, this has been my healing journey. It has been a gift and I want to share it with you.
Are you ready to break free from your past and future expectations, and claim your place to make a real difference in the world?
Then you and I should talk.
The purpose of life is to discover your gift; the work of life is to develop it; and the meaning of life is to give your gift away.
Working with Stephan was transformational. I know my voice and am able to speak it. That gift of owning that in myself is priceless.
Working with Stephan was far beyond what I expected. I cannot speak highly enough about the value and clarity Stephan brought to my life.
Stephan held so much space for me to grow. He helped me create a totally new person within me. My day has 48 hours now.
